We also work with Nursing Facilities and Hospice Care Centers to be a transition piece of care for individuals that qualify.

Everyone deserves a safe and sanitary home. Sometimes even simple housekeeping tasks can become unmanageable. An untidy home can contribute to feelings of depression, isolation, and hopelessness – it can even be dangerous, increasing the risk of injury or illness. It may also be the first sign your love one is struggling and needs extra help at home. Maids in Minnesota was created n 2015 with the goal to people who desire to continue living independently, but need that help our homemaking service provides. We strive to make a difference in our communities by providing high quality homemaker and chore services!

All our employees are HIPPA trained, background cleared through the MN DHS, and fully trained by Maids in Minnesota.

Our Services

Maids in Minnesota offers Homemaker and Chore Services that help create a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment so you or your loved one  can stay at home, living independently with a greater sense of confidence and security – and with greater peace of mind for you.

  • Meal preparation

  • Cleaning and putting away dishes
  • Cleaning Refrigerator
  • Ensuring food is not out of date and safe to eat
  • Organize and de-clutter your home
  • Rectifying hoarding situations 
  • Replacing batteries in smoke detectors and other household safety features
  • Basic electronic help 
  •  Running errands
  • Running to get medications
  • Eliminating tripping hazards and safe-proofing the home
  • Help with mail 
  • Checking in on your loved ones to ensure they are safe 

Who we service

County Clients/ Nursing Facility Transition/ Hospice Patients/ Private Pay

Your Case Manager may recommend and approve Homemaker/ Chore Services Transitioning home from Nursing Facility may require extra help at first, we can help with Homemaker/ Chore Services Hospice Patients may need extra care at home and may qualify for Homemaker/ Chore Services help We welcome Private Pay individuals that hire for self determined needs

F.A.Q

Resilient, Reliable Car.

There are 2 options: self pay and  services through the county.  In order to qualify for services through the county, you will need to contact your local county office to see if and what your particular county qualifications are.  If you qualify through the county, let them know that you would like to work with us  and they will initiate the set up.  If you are self pay , then contact us directly and we can get you started with homemaker services.

One of our management team members will do an in home visit to help you determine your needs and time allotment, while reviewing our policies and procedures and your scheduling preferences.

You will then be paired with one of our homemakers who will fulfill your requested time and chore requests.
Weekly and Bi-Weekly services have a set scheduled time slot.
Anything less than that is on an on call basis, please call our office to request a visit.
Minimum of 1 hour per visit is required.

Maids in Minnesota Homemaking began with a goal in mind to service the clients that are most determined to continue living in their own home environment but need the extra support the homemaking provides. Our whole Homemaking team has a  compassionate care approach to all of the clients we serve.  We are proud to serve MN and WI.
